Barbecue and patio heater spare parts

Whilst we wouldn't even attempt to suggest that we carry a huge range or that we carry every brand, we have got a huge database of brand names, manufacturers, addresses and phone numbers below. All we ask is that you tell the manufacturers that we gave you their number (and what nice people we are!).

In our experience there is no such thing as a 'universal' part. Despite what you might be told. Some parts fit more than one machine but that doesn't make it universal. Can you imagine a universal carburettor for all cars ever made!? Or for that matter one tyre that fits all wheels?

Spare parts are usually handled direct by the manufacturers and/or importers listed below. There is usually a serial number on the item or barbecue, patio heater etc and you could well be asked for it. So that you are sent the right part.

What's the difference between OUTBACK spare parts and accessories I hear you ask? Accessories are what we have listed on our site, spare parts are what we don't. Quite simple really. If you contact Outback over a spare part they will ask for your serial number shown on the side of the grill body to make sure they send you the correct compatible part. When you phone them make sure you say 'spare part' otherwise they tend to give you our phone number!
