- I ordered one 4kg sack each of hickory, maple, apple and cherry, as stated on the invoice. You’ve sent me two apple, one cherry and one sack which has no name on it whatsoever. Why didn’t I get what I ordered? What is the unmarked sack? D Hewson. (Oops a fair cop, Guv! No excuses. Obviously a bad day at the office!)
- I refer to the above order, I have received the invoice and payment receipt, but unfortunately have not received the goods. C Charlton. (We send out receipts seperately as a double check system. If you don't get the goods within a few days after the receipt you tend to phone us up.)

- On Monday 6th May I placed an order over the web for a BBQ and received a confirming e-mail the same day. A couple of days later I received an invoice in the post, together with a copy of the credit card slip. Thank you for that - I appreciate the efficiency. However, one day when I got home in the evening I found a card on the mat from a carrier saying they had tried to deliver a parcel but as I was not here they had taken it away again. Now I don't know if this was your parcel as it seemed rather soon after placing the order, but I am not expecting anything else.
If this is not your parcel then clearly this is not your problem. However, if it is your parcel can you please contact the carrier and get them to deliver it to next door when I'm out otherwise I will clearly never receive it. M Bartlett
