Delivery is usually made within 21days. The BBQ is delivered on a pallet in component parts ready for DIY assembly. An external haulier will book in deliveries, therefore, it is vital that a daytime telephone number is provided, PREFERABLY BOTH A LANDLINE AND MOBILE NUMBER. ENTER THESE NUMBERS IN THE CUSTOMER INSTRUCTION BOX WHEN YOU GET TO STEP 2 IN THE CHECKOUT.
Some of the BBQ parts are heavy and need two strong people to lift into position. The driver will not deliver over kerbs, steps or into a back garden , or unload the pallet and carry individual parts. A 7.5 ton tail-lift lorry will deliver to the nearest vechicular access and a pallet truck will be used to wheel it to your driveway.
