This digital combined cooking thermometer and timer features a dual display and simultaneously displays the temperature, over the range of -50 to +300 deg C with a resolution of 0.1 deg C or deg F. The unit also displays the countdown time over the range of 0 to 99 hours, 59 minutes.

The cooking thermometer and timer also features an audible high/low alarm and is supplied with a high temperature detachable stainless steel probe (4mm reduced tip x 150mm) with a one metre stainless steel braided lead. The probe can be left in the oven during cooking to monitor the internal temperature of joints of meat or similar.
